Shipping and Freight

Where we ship from

All wholesale orders ship from our warehouse at 1144 S. Kalamath St, Denver, CO 80223.

Displays and master cases

Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain ship the same business day. Orders after 12 PM ship the next business day. Ground transit is typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

Free shipping

Orders over $300 ship free by ground within the continental United States.

Pallets

Half and full pallets ship LTL freight. Freight is quoted at checkout or by your rep before the order is confirmed. Pallet orders ship within 3 business days of payment. A liftgate and appointment delivery can be arranged on request. Please confirm your receiving hours and dock or curbside access when ordering.

Damaged or short shipments

Inspect every shipment on arrival. Report damage or shortages within 5 business days with photos of the cartons and contents to support@sohibrands.com. We'll replace or credit confirmed damage on the next order.

Address changes

Address corrections on unshipped orders are free. Once an order has shipped, carrier reroute fees are passed through at cost.
