Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to every wholesale account and order placed through wholesale.sohibrands.com or with a SOHI sales representative. By opening an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to licensed retailers and distributors reselling SOHI products to consumers 21 and older. SOHI may request a reseller certificate, business license, or tax exemption certificate and may decline or close any account at its discretion.

2. Minimums and pricing

The minimum order per SKU is one display. Master case and pallet pricing apply automatically at the quantity thresholds shown in your account. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. SOHI may change wholesale pricing with 30 days notice to active accounts.

3. MAP policy

SOHI products carry a Minimum Advertised Price. Gummies $27, Social Energy Shot $12, Energy Tabs $35, MAXX DOSE $9 per unit. Advertising below MAP in any channel, including online marketplaces, may result in loss of wholesale pricing or account closure. In-store shelf pricing is at the retailer's discretion.

4. Payment

New accounts pay in full at checkout by credit card or ACH. Net terms may be extended to established accounts at SOHI's discretion and are shown in your account when granted. Past due balances accrue 1.5% per month and orders on accounts with a past due balance will not ship.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping and Freight page. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier accepts the shipment.

6. Returns

See our Refund Policy. Wholesale product is not returnable for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error.

7. Resale restrictions

Products may be sold only to end consumers in their original, sealed packaging. No sales to persons under 21. No repackaging, relabeling, or sale of individual units removed from blister cards or sachets. No sales on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar third-party marketplaces without written approval from SOHI.

8. Brand use

Retailers may use SOHI product images, logos, and copy supplied by SOHI to promote the products in store and online. No modification of packaging artwork or brand marks.

9. Compliance

Retailers are responsible for knowing and following the laws of their state and locality regarding the sale of kanna and botanical supplements, including any age verification, labeling, or registration requirements. SOHI products are not for sale where prohibited.

10. Changes

SOHI may update these terms. Continued ordering after an update constitutes acceptance.
